Completion of the Private Speech Q&A Project

Intelligentia d.o.o. has successfully completed the implementation of the Private Speech Q&A project, focused on developing an innovative AI tool for private and efficient audio recording processing. The project was carried out from March 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026.

Project Objective

The goal of the project was to develop a fully private, scalable, and secure speech processing system, including speech-to-text conversion and generating precise answers to user questions based on the processed content. The developed solution enables organizations greater control over their own data, reduction of operational costs, and increased speed and accuracy of speech recording processing.

Completed Project Activities and Results

During the project implementation, all planned activities were successfully completed:

A1. Development of Solution Prototype in Laboratory Environment

An AI model for speech recognition was developed, a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) processing chain was implemented, and an Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solution was prepared for deployment in a cloud environment.

A2. Testing and Demonstration of Technical Feasibility

The solution was deployed in an AWS cloud environment and successful testing of the speech recognition model and RAG processing chain was conducted, confirming the technical feasibility of the concept.

A3. Innovation Cycle Management

A structured plan for further development and commercialization of the innovation was created, providing a foundation for the next phases of technological and market development.

A4. Preparation of Documents for Innovation Commercialization

A detailed market analysis was conducted, a commercialization plan was developed, and a trademark protection application was submitted to EUIPO, creating the prerequisites for protecting and commercially valorizing the solution.

A5. Administrative Project Management

The project was carried out in accordance with contractual obligations and visibility rules. All required reports were prepared, and informational articles about the start and completion of the project were published.

Conclusion

Through the implementation of the Private Speech Q&A project, the technical feasibility of the innovative concept was successfully demonstrated in a controlled environment, and solid foundations were established for further development of the solution towards higher levels of technological readiness and its market application in the sectors of telecommunications, media, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
